Poly brings their legendary audio quality: Poly HD Voice and Acoustic Clarity. CCX 500 has an integrated Bluetooth 4.2 radio, so you can natively use a wireless headset. For wired headsets, the phone has a dedicated RJ9 port, plus USB and USB-C ports for plug-and-play headsets. It comes with a full-duplex speakerphone with premier noise reduction. The phone’s handset is hearing aid compatible for accessibility.
The Poly CCX 500 seamlessly integrates with Microsoft Teams. Provision and manage the phone as part of your telephony fleet via the Microsoft Teams Device Portal. CCX 500 has two Gigabit Ethernet ports for lightning-fast, future-proof network connectivity. If you want to connect CCX 500 to Wi-Fi to enable wireless flexibility, Poly offers an Wi-Fi dongle (not included).
